La Vista is a garden-fresh latin-fusion tapas restaurant located in Aventura, FL. La Vista stands for "The View" because of our gorgeous rooftop overlooking the design district in Florida. Our menu was inspired by clean and healthy food that you can enjoy with family, friends, and everybody in between.

My team and I created a garden fresh latin fusion tapas menu. The ingredients from our menu were derived from the 26 garden towers located around our restaurant and locally sourced vendors. We wanted to attract mostly vegetarians and vegans to our space but still included meat options.
